About the Client:
A New Culinary Gem in Downtown Dubai Serving Intercontinental Cuisine.
Job Description:
• Develop and create unique and innovative cocktails that complement the restaurant’s cuisine
• Collaborate with the restaurant management and culinary team to design and update the cocktail menu
• Prepare and serve a wide array of beverages, including classic cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• Interact with guests to understand their preferences and recommend beverages that pair well with their chosen dishes, providing personalized and exceptional service.
• Manage and ensure proper stock levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and barware are maintained.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• At least 5 years of experience in the same role
• Must have PIC 3 or HACCP certificate
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
