• Have a high level of job-required social interaction. Will interact constantly with employees and Service Providers.
• Communicate by telephone, e-mail, and in person daily.
• Are regularly placed in conflict situations where people might become tense.
Essential:
• Advanced knowledge of the Logistics process with the total ability to change and conduct process redesign for workarounds.
• Good knowledge of the general workflow of the organization.
• Advanced Knowledge of different shipping procedures for different items across all regions covered by the corporate’s operations.
• Advanced knowledge of the operations process of different logistics services providers
Desirable:
Basic knowledge of the best practices in IT training worldwide
Advanced knowledge of the best practices in the Supply Chain Management world
