We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
• Work in a target-driven sales environment to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and source potential investors interested in Dubai’s real estate market and establish and maintain strong work relationships with them.
• Recruit and manage local real estate brokers as agents to promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in Dubai.
• Develop and execute monthly sales targets, ensuring timely and successful achievement.
• Deliver compelling presentations to customers, showcasing our properties and services effectively.
• Utilize strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and internal teams, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Demonstrate confidence and motivation to lead the sales team by example and drive results.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in the real estate industry, preferably with Property Developers or Real Estate Brokerage in Dubai.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in English is a must, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and current industry trends.
• Salary: AED 12,000+ commission (commensurate with experience and sales performance).
