Job title: Chief Accountant
Job Description:
• Support the Business Management Team.
• Preparing Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reporting for UP and senior management
• Review accounting transactions ensuring compliance with the company P&P;, DOA, and Authority’s Regulations
• Maintain constant communication with government entities, owners, and corporate clients.
• Evaluates accounting policies and procedures to suggest changes in business conditions, processes, and accounting guidance.
• Support the implementation of payment gateways and control routines.
• Preparation of annual service charge budgets. Issue service charge notices.
• Establish and maintain General and Reserve Funds
• Prepares more complex accounting analyses and journal entries.
• Prepares inputs and analysis for financial statements and other internal/external financial reports.
• Enhances internal controls over financial reporting.
• ·Uses best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve products or services. Solves more complex problems taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Provides functional advice to less-experienced accountant positions. 
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Increases and applies knowledge of legal and regulatory issues and changes in accounting guidance.
• Oversee the Collection of service charge payments for the Clients Association.
• Monitor service charges in arrears and implement collection plans.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial reports, budgets, and statements.
• Arrange annual financial audits for Corporate.
• Ensure to maintain and store all records, accounts, and registers required by Law.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.
• Oversee and support the Finance team.
