About the Role:
As a Quality Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency in our operations. You’ll analyze data, identify compliance gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. If you have a strong background in data analysis, building reports, and a keen eye for process optimization, we want to hear from you!
Key Accountabilities:
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and trends.
• Develop processes to monitor compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Build reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Review and update operational documentation to meet industry standards.
• Provide training and support to enhance quality-related processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements:
• BSc degree in BA, data analytics, or quality management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst, preferably in logistics.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
