Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead all aspects of internal relations activities including, company meetings, internal announcements, and materials for the executive team, including emails, presentations, and speeches, Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in internal communications, preferably within the utility or energy sector.
• Strong command of the English language, with exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills. Native English speakers are preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing internal communications, including events planning, and internal publications.
• Extensive experience working with leading agencies or in-house communication roles, demonstrating the ability to drive impactful strategies and deliver results.
