Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with graphic design knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments while utilizing your graphic design skills to assist with designing promotional materials, presentations, or digital content. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and graphic design abilities, as well as strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and organizing schedules.
• Create visually appealing graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design digital content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Maintain and update company websites, ensuring visual consistency and an engaging user experience.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and visual composition.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
