MEP Technician

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable MEP Technician for our client in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in MEP systems and implement appropriate solutions
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of MEP systems
• Repair or replace faulty components and equipment
• Test and calibrate systems to ensure accurate performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements
• Collaborate with other team members to address complex maintenance issues
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency and reliability
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in MEP systems maintenance.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in MEP systems is a plus
• Proven experience as an MEP Technician or in a similar maintenance role
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Familiarity with installation, maintenance, and repair procedures for MEP systems
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• URBANISE Software knowledge will be a super plus
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
