For a leading construc design revit bim company – Dubai based, required a well experienced BIM Specialist - Modeler to join immediate.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.
• Ensure Compliance with approved BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM Scope.
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage.
Key Skills and Experience
• Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical.
• At least 4 Year(s) of relevant experience in Construction/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects
• Well versed in Revit & Navisworks is a must.
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner
