IK Uniforms looking for a Telesales Executive who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for sourcing Sales over the Calls and Social Media Platforms.
Responsibilities
• Researching Database online on Search Engine and digital platforms.
• Make telephone calls to prospects.
• Set up Appointments with prospective clients.
• Initiate Email campaigns.
• Maintain timely Follow-up’s with prospective clients.
• Maintain a professional relationship with existing clients to cross-sell and keep the clients updated.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in Tele Sales
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Bachelors/undergraduate level
• Salary 2000 - 3000 Plus commission
