Job Responsibilities:

• Property Tours and Showings: You will arrange and conduct property tours and showings for prospective buyers or tenants. This involves highlighting the features and benefits of the property, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Negotiations: As a commercial real estate agent, you will negotiate deals on behalf of your clients. This includes preparing and presenting offers, counteroffers, and lease agreements, and ensuring that your clients’ interests are protected throughout the negotiation process.
• Transaction Management: Once a deal is agreed upon, you will oversee the transaction process. This involves coordinating with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with your clients is crucial for generating repeat business and referrals. Providing exceptional customer service, staying in regular contact, and keeping clients informed about market updates and opportunities are important aspects of client relationship management.
