Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry
• Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and ERP systems
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and compliance standards
• Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day production activities
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Implement and maintain quality control measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows
• Train and mentor production staff
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement appropriate strategies
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
