We are looking for a Technical Manager for our new projects in Abu Dhabi.
Education:
• Bachelor’s/ Master in civil engineering from a reputed university;
• Structural Engineering, Engineering Management or Project management or related discipline is an advantage
Requirements:
• At least 12 years of experience in engineering management (8-10 years in the UAE)
• Experience in project management is mandatory
• Served as the manager of technical department
• Must have prior experience in team management
• Roads, Bridges, Buildings and Villa experience is mandatory
• Experienced in the design or construction of bridge main structure, bridge deck and bridge deck accessory structure, MEP
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Structural Engineers and CAD technicians;
• Provide structural solutions to construction team and sub-contractors
• Ability to present and discuss design packages with Client and authorities
• Provide technical inputs to interface, system assurance and stakeholder teams
• Ability to read and apply technical specification requirements and contractual obligations
• Ability to draft technical-contractual letters and provide support to commercial team.
• Providing engineering support to the project team for technical input during the claim process
