Job Details: Production Assistant
Salary Slab: AED 3500 – 4000/month Depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring floor supervision & Work order system are followed.
• Ensuring daily production as per set targets & plans.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of all machines 4) Ensure daily productivity based on capacity.
• Scheduling Preventive maintenance for all machines on every inventory day.
• Making sure that all Documentation related to Maintenance is followed.
• Checking if the Critical Spares list and its stock are available at all times.
• Ensuring breakdown maintenance is tracked in the History card.
• To check Product safety by ensuring GMP is followed and no process bypass is done.
• Ensuring proper housekeeping is done in Production & Mfg hall
• Ensure the timely movement of Finished Goods from the Show Floor to Storage Warehouse.
• Finished goods dispatch to be coordinated.
• Helping in inventory every month end or start of the month.
• Daily Meeting with Machine operators to discuss the output of the day and plan.
• Training Labors & operators on the process flow.
• Assisting the production manager in developing production plans and schedules based on customer orders, production capacity, and resource availability.
• Collecting and analyzing production data, such as production rates, quality metrics, and efficiency measures.
