RiseUp Real Estate is currently looking for Property Consultant to join our growing team. Someone who has a proven track record in sales, Insurance, and banking would be advantageous, however, a candidate who can demonstrate a determination to succeed is more important to us than experience in real estate and must have a strong passion to work for the Real Estate Industry, with a good understanding of the Dubai’s Real Estate Market.
Duties and Responsibility
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers. Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property consultancy needs.
• Keeping in touch with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Attending launching ceremonies organized by developers, taking briefings and training from property portal professionals, and participating in training sessions organized by our company.
• Listing and marketing properties for sale on various portals carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
• Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation. Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
• Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads Negotiating offers and contract negotiation Maintain regular contact with all clients List and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Go on buyers’ appointments
• Go on Listing appointments
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Must be open for Growth Expertise and proven sales/leasing record UAE
• English speaking skills and any other language is a plus
• Punctuality and Discipline
