Compile and draft all required documents, including contracts, leases, acknowledgments, and other legal forms.
Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and identify suitable solutions based on their requirements.
Utilize intermediate-level negotiation skills during lease processes, guiding clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and other pertinent factors to guarantee transparent and equitable transactions.
Adding portfolio of properties for sale and rent
Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
Continue to develop network to become an area specialist
Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
Attending events of the property developers
