Hiring Project Manager. The candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in the interior fit-out felid in Dubai.
Roles & Responsibility
• Should play a vital role in designing, administration, time and cost management, payments, and risk management.
• Represent the company in all project meetings.
• Experience in the approval process with Authorities
• Overall responsibility for delivering the project within the contract timelines and budget provided by the commercial team.
• Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Maintain Quality of work at all times
Requirements
• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge in AutoCAD software
• Able to work well within a team-based environment.
• 5 to 10 years of Experience in the Interior fit-out industry is a must.
• UAE experience is a must
• UAE Driving License (Required)
• Available to join immediately
