Hiring Interior Design Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the design dept through all stages of the design process, from concept phase to construction phase.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, mood boards and construction documents.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
• Attend Project meetings and provide input on Design issues
• Interact with client through the entire Design and Project execution phase.
Requirements:
• Must have a minimum 6 years experience in a similar role as a
• Senior Designer in a reputed Design Agency or Interior Design and Fitout company.
• Must be able to create Concept Designs, Style Boards, Layouts, Schematic Designs, Visuals, Detail Design etc.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Interior Design/ Architecture.
• Experienced with AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DS MAX and other Design software’s.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of UAE experience in the fit out sector (Residential and *hotel fit out*)
• Must have successfully completed over 5 projects from start to finish in the UAE.
• Strong design and technical skills both in Fit out & Joinery Projects
• Must have excellent knowledge in FF&E;and Finishes and excellent contacts with suppliers.
• Experienced with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Vray and other design softwares
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluent in English
• UAE Driving License
• Salary: AED 15, 000 - AED 20,000
• Location: Dubai
• Note: Experienced candidates are a must.
