Job Requirements:
• Good communication skills and proficient knowledge of the regional language.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close a business requirement with a high conversion rate.
• Comfortable working in high paced environment with ever changing business requirements.
• Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on heavy field research and other resources like references.
• Responsible for sourcing, generating & closing new acquisition, action towards targets.
• Accountable for all aspects of the sale, from pricing negotiations to contract development
• Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels
• Create an effective sales pitch and strong sales collateral
• Follow up with leads regularly
• Maintaining Sales and Promotion for the company
• Meeting Travel agents and bring in new accounts on regular basis from various cities
• Exp- 4-5 years
• Openings-1
• Work Location – Dubai.
• Candidates from any location
• Both male & female preferred.
• Experience in tourism field is must.
• Salary- 5000 AED + incentive
• Language Known- English, Hindi
