Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips, yearly ticket, and other benefits
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai
Job Description:
Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
Supervising all kitchen stations, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices
Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to Lebanese and Syrian nationals
Male, 38 years old and below
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Dubai
Experience in International/Arabic/ western cuisines
Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Certificate
Food watch knowledge
HACCP knowledge
Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
Must be available to join immediately
