Teacher and Teacher Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Teacher and Teacher Assistant to join our team, we are a small private nursery in Dubai.
Our passion is to dedicate the best care and practice for the children in our care. Our nursery has children from 45 days old to 5 years.
Must have these skills:
• Passionate about caring for and giving experience to the children: empathy, great sense of humor, creative, artistic, physically active and most importantly the abundance of patience and calm under pressure
• Motivates and stimulates a child’s interest to learn and succeed
• Excellent communication skills with young learners
Responsibilities:
• Organize and implement activities designed to meet the physical, social, emotional, intellectual and developmental needs of children in the nursery
• Develop and implement lessons for children in accordance with the approved curricula ensuring a balanced program of instruction
• Provide a safe and stimulating environment which facilitates learning
• Organize and supervise play activities
• Maintain concise records related to children’s performance, behavior, social development and physical health.
• Prepare, implement, store and share all lesson plans
• Establish and enforce rules of behavior and procedures for maintaining order
• Contribute to the implementation of appropriate programs of activity for children in collaboration with the head teacher and Management
• Liaise with parents and encourage their involvement in the aims of the nursery and in all aspects of their children’s care
Requirements:
• Must be Female (this is a nursery setting)
• Must be residing in the UAE (this is an immediate hiring)
• Minimum 2 years of experience at a nursery or kindergarten sector
• Must submit Authenticated and Stamped Certificates
• For Teachers: Experience with the EYFS curriculum and/or a CACHE qualification are an advantage.
• For Teacher Assistants: Experience with the EYFS curriculum
• Minimum of at least three (3) recent relevant reference
• Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
• Experience: Nursery setting: 2 years (Required)
• License/Certification: Cache Level 2 or 3 (Preferred)
