Customer Service / Sales Coordinator (#Russian Speaker)
• Experience : Fresher/ 1-2 yrs. in Customer service roles
• Language Command
• Russian: Native or Fluent (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
• English: Excellent (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
Job Responsibilities
• Provide customers with an exceptional quality service experience.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations by creating and sustaining good will and by providing consistently responsive quality service.
• Retain customers.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer requests.
• Proven ability to tactfully communicate via phone and email with customers, and internal team members.
• Ability to carry out specific oral and written instructions.
• Ability to collaborate with team members
• Ability to use computer software and web-based applications.
• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer focus
• Positive, flexible, and proactive
• Professional representable appearance
• Candidate available locally will be preferred.
