Urgent Hiring: HR Executive at Techno Park Dubai Jebel Ali
We are urgently looking for a competent HR Executive to join our team at Techno Park Dubai Jebel Ali. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR operations, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Facilitate HR-related training programs
• Handle employee relations and grievances
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• We offer a salary of AED 3000 plus accommodation and transportation budget to the right candidate. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
