· Daily demo welding demonstrations across UAE
Design, cut, and permanently join metal parts together through the application of appropriate welding techniques
Work with a range of materials and equipment in fitting and assembling metal components to form structures
Read blueprints and drawings to identify welding measurements and position
Operate all types of grinding machines, skill in the assembly of tools & welding equipment
Understand WPS, the process of welding & identify welding consumables as per project requirements.
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions - vertical, horizontal or overhead
Understand and fulfill the weld repairs if applicable
To follow company procedures for the storage and handling of welding consumables
Maintain welding equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Follow work instructions and safety precautions while doing the job
To be able to know company products
To be able to work with minimum supervision
المهارات
Minimum 2 years of related experience
UAE valid driving license
Knowledge of welding process (SMAW, SAW, GTAW & GMAW)
Training/certification in welding
Proficiency with welding machines and tools using and fixing
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
Welding skills (MiG - GMAW, Tig - GTAW, Stick - SMAW, FCAW, EBW, AHW, Plasma Arc Welding)
Punctual and organized
Salary: AED4000 + Visa + Health Insurance + Annual ticket
