QC Supervisor

Hiring QC Supervisor – Oil & Gas
Job Requirements:
• Diploma / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
• Must have experience in working with ASME Sec VIII Div.1 & ASME Sec VIII Div.2 Pressure equipment’s.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of ASME Section I, II, V, VIII, and XI, and B31.1
• 6 - 8 years’ experience as NDT Level 2 with certifications for PT & MT preferred, and UT & RT a plus.
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management to review drawings, create job specific procedures and travellers, and help resolve product quality problems and institute corrective actions.
• Assist the QA/QC manager on assigned activities supporting the company’s quality management system and certifications.
• Perform Material inspection for ASME equipment’s.
• Prepare ITP, WPS/PQR, and Weld Maps for compliance to applicable Code, Company Standards and Contract Specification.
• Qualify welders and welding operators in accordance with ASME Section IX.
• Identify and process internal non-conformance’s and support in root cause analysis as needed.
