A leading Ice cream brand is seeking to hire Sales Promoter/ Sales Executive
Position: Outdoor Sales Promoter/Sales Executive
Location: In Dubai (Kite beach, JBR, Dubai Eye, City Walk and outdoor events)
Salary offers: between 3,000 AED - 4000 AED all inclusive
Tenure: Permanent
Requirement:
• Nationality: European, Russian, Chinese, Myanmar, Nepali.Sales Promoter will follow up on daily sales processes. He/she will be responsible of the sales generation in his assigned shop.
• Execute Perfect Store program
• Achieve Sales Targets.
• Have an excellent product knowledge and deliver the best to the customer
• Smile all the time
• Be active and interact with customers and have great communication skills.
• Take ownership of the store’s targets, with a pro-active approach to achieve the targets
• Suggest improvement to the current model to improve customer experience and increase sales
• Minimize the stock damages expenses by perfecting the cold chain supply model.
• Report to the assigned store on time
• Report to the supervisor all maintenance issues and follow up daily and escalate if needed
• Ensure perfect stock tack and cash management in the assigned shop
Experience, Skills & Knowledge Requirements
• High school diploma or similar.
• Experience in retail recommended.
• Sharp customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent observation skills.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Presentable and cool/good looking
