A multinational company Hiring Property Advisors (COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL) , with Experience min (1 to 2 years) UAE driving license preferred

Responsibilities
Generate, list, and market in-house and self-properties.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and payment plans.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Maintain your real estate rules and knowledge

Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality
Demonstrating strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to confidently persuade others.
Maintain current knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices.
