Our company is seeking a Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in selling food and beverage products, consumer goods, and related items to the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and retaining customers, bringing new sales, and managing existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for whole, retail, and export of food and beverage products, consumer goods, and related items.
Identify and target potential customers in the HORECA segment, build and maintain relationships with them, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Plan and prioritize sales activities, including customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
Generate and submit timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
المهارات
Must have necessary experience in the Horeca Channel
Proven track record with at least 2 years related FMCG Sales experience in F&B;/HORECA
Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Outspoken, cheerful and dynamic character with positive working attitude
Able to interact with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-orientated
Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive
Must be a team player
Drivers license mandatory
Fluent in English
