Expected Salary range 3k-5k AED / Month (Subject to Management Approval)
Required Experience 2-5 years with a mandatory minimum of 2 years UAE experience.
Required Previous Experience : Look for previous jobs in FITOUT Companies or technical offices .
Please note that candidates with ONLY MEP or ONLY CIVIL experience are automatically REJECTED.
Candidates with Joinery experience are more valuable than other candidates with only Architectural experience or Metal Works.
Required Software expertise (A mandatory minimum of one in each of the following categories)
2D drafting:
i. Auto Cad (Industry standard)
ii. Rhinoceros (Extra marks – Personal Preference as we will be shifting into full utilization in the future)
3D Modeling: (3D experience is considered a plus for any candidate applying for this position but it is not mandatory)
i. Sketchup
ii. 3DS MAX
iii. Rhinoceros
iv. Revit or ArchiCAD
