Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and duty meals

About the Client:
An upscale 5 Star hotel based in Deira Dubai
Job Description:
Ensuring that all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Preparing ingredients, such as meats, vegetables, and spices, by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring them, and ensuring that they are of the highest quality.
Coordinating with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time and to the highest standards of presentation.
Assisting in creating new menu items and developing innovative dishes that will appeal to guests and enhance the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
Participating in kitchen and food preparation meetings, and communicating effectively with other departments in the hotel, such as banquet services and room service.

Qualifications:
Open to Filipino nationality
45 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
At least 2 years of experience in the same role on multi cuisine/ international cuisine restaurant from 4 star/ 5 star hotel
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
