We have a new requirement for NOC Analyst in Dubai.
• Work Location : Dubai
• Notice Period : 30 days maximum
• Budget : AED 16,000
• No of Requirements : 3
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Proactively monitor Network and IT infrastructure and continuously maintain, automate, and tune monitoring and reporting platforms.
• Timely respond to all alerts, incidents, and outages, and perform necessary isolation and L1 troubleshooting
• Categorize issues and escalate to appropriate team where necessary
• Generate and analyses performance reports, for various systems and highlight trends And anomalies to assist higher tier engineers to perform preventive measures
• Follow-up and document all incidents resolutions and closure comments for future Reference and audits
• Coordinate externally or internally for planned and unplanned activities and confirm Services restoration
• Carry out routine basic maintenance work, upgrades, or other duties assigned
• Work on varied shifts to perform above mentioned responsibilities.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough understanding and experience in key network monitoring and logging protocols,
• Including but not limited to, SNMP, Net Flow, Syslog, and WMI.
• Solid understanding in Enterprise Network infrastructure and services
• Experience in troubleshooting WAN technologies, including , SD-WAN , MPLS , IPSEC Tunnels
• Solid understating in Network and servers operating systems, including ArubaOS-CX , Cisco
• IOS , NX-OS , Windows server , Linux
• Thorough understanding and experience in wireless platforms preferably in Aruba.
• Solid understanding in OSI and TCP/IP layers
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in working within ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks
• Good understating in virtualization and cloud technologies
Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in High Available environment
• CCNA Enterprise equivalent or higher
• Relevant University Degree
