Netline Global Dubai is looking to hire a Shipment Officer in Dubai:
Job Description
• Vessel booking and co-ordinating outgoing shipment.
• Tracking onboard shipments and follow up on shipment arrival date.
• To liaise and scheduling shipment order to production.
• To source competitive freight
• System entry for all shipment booking
• To Liase with banks and customers on payments.
Job Requirements
• Strong freighting awareness and knowledge of business operation.
• Strong command on Microsoft Office, Email and WhatsApp.
• Understand the transportation process and its interface with business, production & shipping process.
• Effective time management is essential
• Strong critical thinking & ability to solve complex problem effectively.
• Must be a highly organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills in Urdu & English and the ability to network and develop relationship with customers, banks and shipping lines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in sea freight / logistic department / freight and forwarding Arabic speaking is advantageous
