• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Preferably a female.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
• UAE retail experience is a must.
JOB ROLE:
• This is a strategic position in collaborating with the business in managing current manpower in UAE and planning for the future planned to scale-up of the same.
• To build a team that will understand the business first and works towards achieving the business goals by managing and acquiring manpower.
• This position is responsible for designing, writing, reviewing, and updating the policies, procedures, and plans for high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• The position also must set the direction for the team to find, source, and retain high-caliber talents by conducting college visits, attending career fairs, attending network events, and leveraging social media.
• The position is responsible for the direction and management of the smooth onboarding process of the new employees and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Human Capital functions across the organization.
