الوصف الوظيفي 1.1. Preparation of technical scheme, pre-feasibility study and feasibility study for new energy (photovoltaic, energy storage) development projects in the market development stage, identification of key technologies and risk points of the project, and provision of solutions or suggestions for key technical requirements and risk points. 1.2. Preparation of technical scheme for photovoltaic (energy storage) new energy market development projects, including but not limited to 1) Carry out optical resource evaluation, technical proposal, pre-feasibility study/feasibility study preparation, system scheme design, technical and economic evaluation, system simulation, performance evaluation and design report preparation. 2) Identify key technologies and risk points of the project, and provide solutions or suggestions for key technical requirements and risk points. 3) Research on New Standards and Norms 4) Assist in equipment selection, complete sets of equipment, preparation of technical specifications for inquiry equipment in development stage and pre-inquiry. 5) Check the technical consistency of the project and sort out the technical deviation and technical related price influencing factors. 6) Review of Design Integration Report 1.3. Organize the check and review of technical schemes, pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, drawings and technical targets mentioned above, and provide optimization suggestions or requirements. 1.4. Be familiar with MENA region market development technology management system and design quality control system, and control the design of projects with external cooperative design institutes. 1.5. Assist in the establishment of MENA region market development resource database, and the partners will pre-evaluate. 1.6. Assist in establishing technical support and standard system for MENA region market development. 1.7. Lead the preparation of special solutions for MENA region market development. 1.8. Other assigned work. المهارات 2.1 Major in new energy science and engineering or electrical engineering and automation, bachelor degree or above. 2.2 More than five years working experience in the electric power industry, more than three years working experience in overseas projects and more than two years working experience in new energy projects. If the conditions are particularly suitable, it may be appropriately relaxed. 2.3 Have experience in feasibility study, scheme design and engineering design in facility-level photovoltaic + energy storage project market development stage or contract implementation stage, be familiar with common optical resource database, photovoltaic power plant main equipment and its technology, photovoltaic power plant simulation, performance prediction and economic and technical comparison, and be able to work independently. 2.4 Be familiar with the international standard systems commonly used in the specialty, such as ISO, IEC, EN, BS, ASNI, IEEE, NEC, etc. 2.4 Skillful operation of MS office, AutoCAD and other office software as well as PVsyst, SAM, Homer and other professional software. 2.5 Be familiar with the knowledge and tool operation skills related to the evaluation of optical resources. 2.6 Experience in design institute or design management is preferred. 3.
