Lead/implement the preparation and publication of the technical scheme, pre-feasibility study, feasibility study and technical bid design part of the photovoltaic (energy storage) power station project in the market development stage. 1.2. Electrical and instrument control system equipment selection, complete sets of equipment, preparation of technical specifications for inquiry equipment in development stage, pre- inquiry and technical clarification of electrical instruments. 1.3. Technical consistency check and technical deviation compilation in the project market development stage. 1.4. Organize the check and review of the technical schemes, pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, drawings and technical targets mentioned above, and put forward optimization suggestions or requirements for the schemes provided by external design institutes/designers. 1.5. Be familiar with MENA region market development technology management system and design quality control system, and control the design of projects with external cooperative design institutes. 1.6. Establish a professional international market development resource database, and the partners will pre-evaluate it. 1.7. Organize the establishment of technical support and standard system for MENA region market development. 1.8. Responsible for the preparation of the electrical instrument part of the MENA region market development solution. 1.9. Other assigned work. المهارات 2.1 Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering and automation. 2.2 Familiar with the design of electrical instrument system and power transmission and transformation system of conventional power plant/photovoltaic + energy storage power station, and able to work independently. 2.3 More than five years of professional working experience in power industry, more than three years of overseas project design experience and more than one year of overseas EPC project design experience. Conditions that are particularly suitable can be appropriately relaxed. 2.4 Experience in electrical primary and secondary system engineering design and complete sets of equipment in overseas facility-level photovoltaic power stations, power transmission and transformation and other power engineering market development or project performance stage, familiar with electrical primary and secondary system (complete sets) equipment, material selection and calculation, technical standards and specifications, and power plant automation system. Familiar with upstream and downstream resources and markets in electrical industry, able to work independently. 2.5 Familiar with professional international standards and norms, such as ISO, IEC, EN, BS, ASNI, IEEE, NEC and other international standards. 2.6 Proficient in operating MS office, AutoCAD, and other office software, as well as commonly used design software for electrical instruments such as Powerfactory. 2.7 Working experience in design institute or EPC engineering company is preferred. 3.
