Hiring Manager Business Development (Fitout / Joinery)
Tasks/job descriptions assigned:
• Sales call/Tender submission/meeting customers
• Order follow-up and conversation and co-ordination with execution team for smooth completion of job
• Meeting monthly and yearly assigned targets
• Payment follow-ups with customers on regular basis as per completion and payment schedule
• Submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports to reporting manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude:
• Must have interior fit-out and/or construction sales experience for commercial, residential, FNB, retail, HORECA, etc. clients.
• Basic Technical Skills and deep Knowledge about fit-out jobs are required
• UAE local experience is a must
• Our ideal candidate has been working in the fit-out/construction of the
• local market for the last 3-5 years as well as having experience working
• With an engineering consultant’s office (construction and/or interior design), interior design (fit-out) contractors, and/or a construction contracting company.
• Personal client database is a big advantage.
• Qualification: Engineering background/diploma or practical experience with fit-out projects and any Bachelor/MBA
