• We are currently hiring for this role in Dubai only.
• As a Senior Account Manager the expectations from you in your role will also evolve into something which benefits a range of Create’s services. Responsibilities include:
• Figurehead for communication with the key point of contact for the client, both to facilitate workflows but also to build rapport and positive relationship with the client.
• Nurture relationships with client partner agencies and working closely with them to find ways to optimize and help launch projects and special campaigns.
• Develop an integrated way of thinking, managing and executing our delivery to the client to help smooth processes and achieve results.
• Contribute for the innovation and creativity of our channels with both reactive and proactive strategic proposals, applying trending and new techniques while leading on briefing and planning.
• Take ownership of the accounts and utilize the skills of your juniors and other talented resources available to ensure we are delivering timely on the strategy while being data-led in our decisions.
• Create a pathway of growth for junior resources by educating and empowering them on processes and tasks.
• Drive forward the development of our production output and content which supports it on multiple platforms.
• Continue to develop team culture both internally and with clients.
• Constantly innovate across social channels, upselling opportunities to our retained clients as well as through the pitches to new ones.
