Experience

· Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience in U.A.E

· Be able to read, write and speak English

Professional and Personal Skills

· Working knowledge of cleaning and disinfecting materials

· Flexible & hardworking

· Presentable and carry a positive attitude

· Ability to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so

Other requirements

· Available to work in shifts, on weekends & public holidays

Job Description:

· Position reports to Floor Supervisor

· Follow cleaning schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) as outlined

· Maintain the cleanliness of the facility through a variety of detailed cleaning using sweeping equipment, hoses, and blowers

· Remove dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures

· Apply acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt

· Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas

· Replenishing consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) if required.

· Perform all duties in compliance with safety guidelines and requirements

· Report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervisor
