JOB DESCRIPTION • Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives. • Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies. • Generating reports and presenting information to senior management. • Manage and Lead a team to achieve business objectives. • Constantly look to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve the budgets. المهارات The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: • Experience and proven track record in any of the following areas: vehicle leasing and financing; retail operations; managing large websites and Digital Marketing. • Minimum of 3 years experience in a middle management role. • Be self-driven and ambitious. • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
