Position Title: Service Advisor

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification

About the Client:
A premium luxury car service center in Dubai.
Job Description:
Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the workshop.
Listen to customer concerns and complaints about their vehicle’s performance, identify problems, and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance services.
Schedule appointments with customers and ensure that their vehicles are serviced in a timely manner.
Provide technical advice to customers including accurate estimates for repair costs, including parts and labor
Keep customers informed of the status of their repairs, including any unexpected delays or additional repair that may be needed
المهارات
Qualifications:
35 years old and below
3 to 5 years experience with luxury automotive
Must have an associate degree in mehcanics or any related field
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
