الوصف الوظيفي • To identify opportunities by studying consumer requirements; obtained by through market research. • Generating new business through sales leads obtained from different channels of inquiries. • Preparing sales proposal and quotations for submission to clients. • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; understanding account requirements, making initial presentation. • To provide actual sales & projection results by preparing and submitting sales reports on a daily / monthly/ quarterly/ 6 months basis. • To Prepare follow-up to ensure payments are received on timely basis. • To collect job completion certificate from client and follow up for timely collection of payment. • Maintain good relation with current and potential clients. • Understand and duly follow all statuary and legal compliances of the company. المهارات • Good Communication and presentation skills. • Analytical and decision making skills. • Persuasive and negotiation skills. • Fluency in English with Arabic an added advantage. • Valid UAE Driving License تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/key-account-manager-4675976/ |
