Responsible for aligning all priorities between the Sales Organization and Business Partners and managing Trade Investments. Participate in annual budget process, monthly budget overviews and coordination within the year aligned with Trade Marketing Manager. To track monthly Forecasting and Annual Budget Preparation (Region wise, SKU Wise & Customer wise). Build a strong relationship with the retail team and retailers to ensure the success of key brand activation phases. Assist in formulating annual marketing calendar for brands and thorough monthly check evaluating the progress. Ensure merchandising guidelines of the brand in the market are correctly implemented. Evaluate and identify market trends by way of competitor tracking- pricing, promotions. opportunities etc. and communicate the observations to the concerned managers. To develop trade plans to support the sales team through various modifications in prices and promotions. Prepare and actively participate in the Principal & Customer Business reviews. Support new business development initiatives through market/price/competition surveys and volume estimates. Analyzing sales performance of new launches and events by providing quantitative and qualitative reviews. Perform category sell-out analysis to obtain a perspective on brand performance across categories. Conducting market visits on a time-to-time basis to ensure the full execution of item availability, MSL, and promotion activities. Monitoring trends to enhance brand performance and delivering KPIs. Conduct market research, monitoring market performance with vision reports, and initiate the marketing campaigns by boosting brand awareness and moreover, by creating strategic plans. المهارات positive energy within the team with strong communication skills (English is mandatory). Should have strong analytic & presentation skills with entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects.
