Job Description: Ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently Control day-to-day operations by scheduling staff, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team Manage the financial aspects of the business, such as budgeting, forecasting, and creating financial reports. Ensure that all employees are properly trained in their roles and responsibilities, and that they adhere to the restaurant’s policies and procedures.
