Iterum requires a Process / Systems Analyst resource
Responsibilities include but not limited to:-
• The gathering / processing of data to identify/ improve process performance areas
• Design workflow + process strategies to improve business performance.
• Overseeing the clients implementation of the revised processes and workflows + developing & presenting report
• Problem resolution, administration, testing, coordination configuration, change management and the maintenance of the assigned systems, whilst being responsible for vendor management and support.
• Location :- UAE - Major client
