Roles and Responsibilities!
• Conduct research and analysis: The Business Analyst will conduct research and analyze data related to business processes and systems, as well as industry trends and best practices, in order to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop business requirements: Based on the analysis, develop detailed business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements, for the development of new systems or the improvement of existing ones.
• Facilitate communication: The Business Analyst will facilitate communication between business units and the IT department to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and translated into technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress: The Business Analyst will monitor the progress of projects, including identifying and resolving issues, ensuring that project milestones are met, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Test and validate solutions: The Business Analyst will test and validate solutions to ensure that they meet the business requirements and that they are scalable and sustainable.
• Develop training materials: The Business Analyst will develop training materials to help users understand new systems or changes to existing ones.
• Provide ongoing support: The Business Analyst will provide ongoing support to users, including addressing issues and answering questions related to systems and processes.
