Looking for Sales Coordinator/Junior Application Engineer (HVAC)
Preferred: Mechanical Engineer from HVAC industries background 1 or 2 years of UAE Market Experience.
Keys & Responsibilities requirement;
• Preparing Quotation, Submittals also work on specification and propose material to comply the submittal.
• Replying to consultant comments.
• Processing order for the LPO.
• Good Knowledge of excel for providing reports of quotation and project status as per provided data.
• Prepare quotation report weekly, coordination with supplier for pending PO materials.
• Follow up on leads provided on new customer and providing introduction email.
• Arranging meeting with supplier, customer and company internal meets.
• Follow up on branch on regards to sample requirement and arranging sample from manufacturer.
• Filing submittal and all work reports.
• Keep on track on all certification of material also validity and request same if nearing to expire of such certificates.
• Updating of material stock on regular basis also to raise a request to maintain minimum stock on regular basis.
• Also keep on the update of all social media HVAC across GCC event participation.
