Structural Engineer approved for unlimited buildings in Dubai Municipality / Sharjah Municipality
Design and oversee the construction of buildings in Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality
Ensure that buildings comply with all relevant regulations and standards
Conduct site inspections and analyze data to ensure that the building is structurally sound
Prepare reports on the structural integrity of the building
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the building is constructed to specifications
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Manage project budgets and timelines
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
المهارات
Based in UAE.
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Approved for unlimited buildings in Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality
Strong knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and standards in Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage and coordinate the work of various professionals and tradespeople
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
