Mechanical Inspector
at KAVAK Careers Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates The employee is responsible for examining the body and engine of the used vehicles to ensure that they meet all the requirements established by the company. He is required to make sure all vehicles are accurately inspected and check the history with the intercompany system. He will coordinate with the team leader to ensure the maximized profits generated from the vehicles. + Technical diploma/certificate in automobile technology.
+
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Automotive Inspector
+ Good communication skills.
+
Knowledgeable in the Body shop, service, diagnostic and mechanical.
+ Technically solid to detect damage, mechanical issues, gearbox problems, tires issues, chassis accidents, repaint works, or other repairs done on a car.
+ Work collaboratively and closely with prep center and parts departments to feed the (Pricing team) with the accurate conditions of the vehicles.
+ Prepare the inspection reports to the assigned team leader via Job Card/mail and ensure the good reception of it
+ Check the vehicle’s service history and accident history on the official sites.
+ Test the vehicle conditions on the road to ensure accurate inspection.
+ Utilize the available Scan tool to check the vehicle conditions
+ Check & capture picture body damage, engine, accessories, leaks, tiers, AC, and any other vehicle failures
