Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 17K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and service charge

About the Client:
An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, including monitoring feedback, resolving complaints, and developing and implementing new menu items and promotions
Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and regular patrons, and encourage repeat business
Ensure that all restaurant operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to European and Western nationals
38 years old and below
At least 2 years of experience in UAE for the same role from a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotels
Preferably with serving alcohol beverages experience
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
