الوصف الوظيفي Company: IconiK Loyalty Card Services Location: Healthcare City, Dubai Salary: to be determined after the interview + Commission IconiK Loyalty Card Services is seeking an experienced Upsell Manager to drive sales and revenue by reaching out to existing customers and upgrading them to our newest product - a lifestyle membership club with real estate elements. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and customer service. Responsibilities: ● Identify and target potential customers who have already purchased an older product. ● Reach out to customers through various channels such as phone, email, or direct mail to present the benefits of upgrading to the newest product. ● Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. ● Provide regular updates on sales activities, results and opportunities to the management team. ● Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively promote and sell them to customers. ● Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. المهارات ● Proven experience in sales and customer service. ● Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. ● Fluency in English is a must, French/Russian would be helpful to communicate with all existing customers. ● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. ● Highly organized and self-motivated. ● Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
